It is widely recognised that frequent calibration using gas mixtures is the best method of ensuring your sensing or detection system performs to the original manufacturer's specifications. Frequent calibrations of any gas sensing equipment ensures the unit is always working at an optimal level.
Britannia Monitoring Systems offer a wide range of reactive and non-reactive calibration test gas, for easy comparisons of your sensing equipment. All gas comes with a full certificate of conformity, and even a carry case for easy storage if needed.
We offer a wide range of different gas mixtures, with all types of mixes and sizes available.
Slow release regulators also available to decrease the flow of gas used, helping ensure your gas goes further. Why waste gas when you don't have to!
If the gas is being used to calibrate a hand held portable device, a pressure release module would be required to ensure readings are accurate and not effected by over pressurisation. If over pressurised the readings may be incorrect, resulting in false readings when taking measurements with your equipment.

Low flow regulator
InfoLow flow regulator gas Kit allows gas bottles to release gas concentrations at a controlled flow. Regulators come set to maximum flow rates @ 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0 lpm (litres per minute). The regulators also have a gauge showing how much gas is remaining in the bottle.
Replacement / Single Bottles of Gas
All gas bottles measure 360mm x 88mm Dia and weighing 1.4kg. Provides 110 litres of usable gas. Will provide approx 220 minutes of gas when used with a 0.5ltr/min low flow regulator. A calibration certificate is supplied and has up to 5 years shelf life.
