UMBILICAL - PRESSURE & RESISTANCE KITS
Britannia offer a comprehensive system to monitor the umbilical pressure and resistance.
A system consists of a data logger with a high strength antenna that receives the wireless signals. Transmitters are configured onto the data logger and fitted in IP66 enclosures and IP66 glands. All enclosures and inputs are labelled
1 or more transmitters are configured for measure the pressure transducers. Pressure sensors are available up to 0-1600bar. The pressure sensors are supplied with 5m of cable and IP67 cable mounts, they are also fitted with cable markers for identification.
1 or more transmitters are setup to measure the resistance cables. Resistance cable are supplied with 5m of cable and IP67 cable mounts, they are also fitted with cable markers for identification.
1 Ambient temperature and/or humidity transmitter is supplied.
1 radio booster is supplied with all transmitters for use configured. This helps if the transmitters are in a difficult or distant location from the receiver.
Software allows the data to be downloaded and also the data viewed in real time.
The system is stored in a large peli case with instructions and calibration equipment.
Britannia also offer calibration, repairs and upgrades to these systems.
Transmitters for alternative measurements are available.
